MAWQIFI app for iPhone and iPad

“MAWQIFI” Smart App considered as the most widespread and widely used in the Ajman city, in response to the aspirations and suggestions come from citizens , residents and visitors, and in order to change the lifestyle of living in the Ajman city, Municipality and Planning department of Ajman Developed “MAWQIFI” a unique Smart Parking App to facilitate their lives, insure happiness & enjoyable lifestyle. “MAWQIFI” sets itself apart by offering a smart wallet feature that allows user a simple, secure, and quick way to recharge parking hours, besides recharging costs are charged safely to credit card without extra charges or by using SMS. “MAWQIFI” will notify user when ticket expires or is about to expire. (will send an alert before 10 minutes of the ticket expiry time) and user can extend the duration with one simple touch of his finger.

يعتبر تطبيق موقفي الذكي التطبيق الأكثر انتشارا والاوسع استخداما في مدينة عجمان، نظرا لما اكتسبه التطبيق من سهولة في الاستخدام، وحاجة المتعاملين من المواطنين والمقيمين والسياح وذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة للخدمات الذكية المتنوعة المقدمة عبره. وبهدف تغيير نمط حياة المتعاملين في مدينة عجمان وتسهيل أمور حياتهم عبر التفاعل السهل مع الخدمات التي تقدمها الدائرة، واستجابة لتطلعاتهم واقتراحاتهم في توفير خدمات متنوعة لحجز المواقف واضافة مرونة لها تتناسب مع ااحتياجاتهم، تم توفير خدمة حجز التذكرة الالكترونية والتي يتم من خلالها حجز عدد ساعات معينة للمواقف، وتحديد المركبة وبعدها الدفع من خلال المحفظة الذكية او من خلال الدفع من بطاقات الائتمان او الرسائل النصية، وفي حالة ما أراد التمديد فانه يصل للمتعامل وقبل انتهاء موعد الحجز بعشر دقائق تنبيه ذكي للتذكير بوقت الانتهاء واعطائه الفرصة لتمديد الحجز من خلال خدمة تمديد الحجز.

2. Time wallet feature: New innovative feature that allows the citizens to purchase parking minutes in advance, so they can avail it later on via MOWQIFI application by booking parking tickets (short term) in all paid parking zones in Ajman emirate.
3. Book Ticket using Credit card / e-wallet/ SMS: This feature gives the possibility to book parking tickets immediately by credit card payment, or by the hours saved in the wallet that were paid in advance.
4. Purchased Tickets History: Now you can view all your purchased tickets history in a separate screen so that you can keep tracking your tickets records and details.
5. Vehicle Management: The user can add and save many vehicles information without the need to enter again, with different registration type (UAE/GSS/International) also this feature provide the ability to sort, arrange, and search for a particular vehicle.
6. Fines payment: This feature allows users to inquire about fines status related to their registered vehicles, besides they can pay without the need to visit a service center.

1- تذاكر وقوف أكثر مرونة: يمكنك الآن حجز تذاكر وقوف لسيارتك تبدأ من نصف ساعة.
2- خاصية محفظة الساعات: هي ميزة جديدة مبتكرة تسمح للمواطنين بشراء دقائق وقوف السيارات في وقت مبكر، حتى يتمكنوا من الاستفادة منها في وقت لاحق عن طريق تطبيق "موقفي" بحجز تذاكر وقوف السيارات (على المدى القصير) في جميع مناطق المواقف المدفوعة في إمارة عجمان.
3- حجز تذاكر الوقوف باستخدام بطاقة الائتمان أو محفظة الساعات او الرسائل النصية: تتيح هذه الميزة إمكانية حجز تذاكر وقوف السيارات على الفور عن طريق الدفع باستخدام بطاقة الائتمان، أو عن طريق الساعات المحفوظة في محفظة الساعات التي تم دفعها مقدم او من خلال استخدام الرسائل النصية.
4- سجل التذاكر المشتراة: يمكنك الآن عرض السجل الكامل لتذاكرك المشتراة في شاشة منفصلة حيث تتيح لك تتبع تاريخ التذاكر وتفاصيلها.
5- خدمة ادارة المركبات : خدمة تتيح للمتعامل تسجيل كافة المركبات المسجلة في الدولة او خارجها وادارتها بشكل مرن ، حيث يتم حفظ المعلومات دون الحاجة لادخالها مجدداً ،مع إمكانية فرزها، ترتيبها، والبحث عن مركبة معينة
6- خدمة دفع مخالفات المواقف : تتيح هذه الخدمة الاستعلام عن مخالفات المواقف وامكانية دفعها دون الحاجة لزيارة مركز الخدمة.
